This charming stone house is located in Čara, on the idyllic island of Korcula. It legally comprises three contiguous properties - two households and an approximately 96 m² plot with a parking space for approximately three vehicles. Čara is a picturesque village on the island of Korcula in Croatia. Known for its vineyards and olive groves, Čara offers visitors a tranquil and authentic Mediterranean atmosphere.
The two houses form a harmonious picture with a shared courtyard and a total usable area of approximately 335 m² and a total net area of approximately 243 m². Additionally there is a separate plot of approximately 96 m² which serves as a marked parking space.
The properties are sold fully furnished and fully equipped. Each house has an individual connection to the water supply and its own rainwater collection tank with a capacity of approximately 15,000 liters.
