This charming stone house is in Cara, on the idyllic island of Korcula. Legally it comprises three adjoining plots – two half-houses and a plot of approx. 96 m² with a parking space for approx. three vehicles. Cara is a picturesque village on the island of Korcula in Croatia. Known for its vineyards and olive groves, Cara offers visitors a quiet and authentic Mediterranean atmosphere.

The two houses form a harmonious picture with a shared courtyard and a total usable area of about 335 m² and a net total area of approx. 243 m². There is also a separate plot of approximately 96 m², which serves as a marked parking space.

The properties are sold fully furnished and completely equipped. Each house has an individual connection to the water supply and its own rainwater collection tank with a capacity of approx. 15,000 litres.

Both houses are equipped with their own Wi-Fi internet, additional modems and telephone connections, with each house having its own telephone numbers. The rooms are fully air-conditioned. In one of the houses, electric heating has been installed on all three floors. In 2022 lightning protection was also fitted to the building, which additionally safeguards the power supply. A surge protection switch has also been installed at the main power connection.

The furnishings of the rooms were purchased in 2021 and consist of high-quality furniture in as-new condition. The houses also offer a so-called summer kitchen in a separate part of the building. One of the houses also has an additional room of approximately 20 m², which can be used as a fully equipped office.
