We offer a variety of villas, houses, apartments, and building plots with sea views or directly by the sea in all price ranges. Located in a hilly landscape surrounded by idyllic vineyards, shimmering olive groves, and picturesque medieval towns, Labin and Rabac offer a unique blend of natural beauty and historical charm.

Labin is situated 300 meters above sea level on the east coast of Istria, halfway between Pula and Opatija. Together with the nearby Rabac and a few smaller villages, it has a population of nearly 12,000. This former mining town, built on a rocky terrain interspersed with tunnels, overlooks the seaside resort of Rabac, just a 10-minute drive away.

The town of Labin boasts a medieval core within city walls and a Venetian-influenced lower town. The cityscape features splendid Venetian façades of grand villas and palaces, steep alleys, narrow passages, and broad stairways, making it perfect for leisurely strolls through its cafes and taverns. Notable sights include the 19th-century town hall, the 15th-century loggia, and the Sv. Flor gate with the Lion of St. Mark. The Gothic Church of Rodenje Marijino, with its beautiful rose window and works by Venetian artists from the 16th and 17th centuries, is also impressive. The Battiala Lazzarini Palace, dating from the early 18th century, now houses the Folk Museum, which features a replica of a coal mine, reflecting the town’s mining history. Since the closure of the last coal mine in 1999, Labin has transitioned to a tourism-based economy. From the Fortica viewpoint at the highest point of the town, you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the azure sea and the islands of Kvarner Bay.

Below Labin lies the seaside resort of Rabac, which extends along the coast at the foot of the mountain and is now one of Istria's most popular tourist destinations. Once a small fishing village, Rabac is now surrounded by shady pine forests and features gently sloping white pebble beaches, perfect for swimming in the deep blue crystal-clear sea. Well-equipped beaches like Maslinica, St. Andrew, and Lanterna, with various sports and recreational facilities, are also ideal for families with children. The marina provides docking for boats and offers boat and pedal boat rentals. Visitors can also enjoy a diving school, tennis and mini-golf facilities, and football fields. Scenic hiking trails allow nature lovers to explore the beautiful surroundings and escape the tourist crowds.

Rabac is a great starting point for longer bike tours, offering cyclists a special experience with its numerous peninsulas and hilly hinterland with breathtaking panoramas. Along the lively waterfront promenade, restaurants and taverns serve delicious regional Mediterranean cuisine, and the vibrant nightlife in club hotels and bars offers plenty of evening entertainment.

Labin and Rabac, though distinct, complement each other perfectly, embodying a balanced mix of history and tradition with modern vibrancy. This blend reflects the essence of today’s Croatia.
