The apartment has two outdoor parking spaces (fenced). Construction work is under way, with completion planned for summer 2027.

Krk is the main town of the island and has an old town wall, a harbour promenade with restaurants and shops, and a marina. The island is connected to the mainland by a bridge, and it is about 25 kilometres to Rijeka airport.
