This property is a furnished garden apartment with sea views on the island of Brac in central Dalmatia.

The house is on the north side of the island in a quiet area of ​​a small coastal town. It is about 500 meters to the sea, the beach and the center.

The apartment has approximately 80 m² of living space and consists of an open living area with kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a hallway. One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom.

From the living room you step onto the covered terrace of approx. 24 m². It flows seamlessly into the garden. Together, the terrace and garden cover around 134 m² of outdoor space. There is a summer kitchen and seating area, an old olive tree and an above-ground pool. If you want, you can build a permanent pool later.

In the communal outdoor area of ​​the house there is also a fireplace, a stone table and benches under a pergola.

Brac is the largest island in Dalmatia. Ferries connect the north coast with Split, the crossing to Supetar takes around 50 minutes. The island is known for its white limestone and the Zlatni Rat beach near Bol on the south coast.
