Here we offer for sale a renovated stone house in the typically Dalmatian village of Smokvica in the middle of Korcula Island (regular ferry connections to the mainland) in South Dalmatia.

Smokvica is a peaceful village of just under 1000 inhabitants, known especially for its wine growing. An ideal retreat far from mass tourism.
