This multi-unit house was built in 2010 and modernised in 2018. The property is in a quiet part of Lovran, about 1,000 metres from the coast.

Lovran is an appealing town on the Opatija Riviera in Croatia and is distinguished by its attractive coastal landscape and its historic buildings. Particularly well known are the waterfront promenade, the Laurana Park and the well-preserved historic town centre with its medieval buildings.

The building has a total living area of around 300 m² and extends over three levels with three residential units in total. All apartments are fitted with central heating and air-conditioning units.
