Spacious house near the sea in an idyllic location, Sveti Juraj region
This property is a spacious house in an idyllic and quiet location by the sea in a picturesque fishing village in the Sveti Juraj region, Kvarner Bay. The building, a stone house, was built around 1900 and originally served as a school. In 1985 it was converted into a small hotel with a restaurant. Since 1996 it has been used as a private holiday home and adaptations have been made.
