A large stone house in a quiet, idyllic position by the sea, in a picturesque fishing village in the Sveti Juraj region on Kvarner Bay. Built around 1900, it first served as a school. In 1985 it became a small hotel including a restaurant, and since 1996 it has been a private holiday home, with some adaptations made along the way.

The plot measures 1266 m². The house stands in the second row from the sea, which is the first built-up row, with an uninterrupted view that cannot be built over.
