This property is a spacious house in an idyllic and peaceful seaside location in a picturesque fishing village in the Sveti Juraj region, Kvarner Bay. The building, a stone house, was constructed around 1900 and originally served as a school. In 1985, it was converted into a small hotel with a restaurant. Since 1996, it has been used as a private holiday home with various modifications made.
