The villa is located in a quiet residential area just a few meters from the sea and offers open sea views. Directly opposite is the ACI Marina - ideal for yacht owners and sailing enthusiasts. A spacious Mediterranean garden with pine trees, magnolias, agaves and palm trees ensures privacy.
The property has 480 m² of living space on a 1,000 m² plot. Built in the traditional Istrian-Mediterranean style with thick stone walls, high ceilings and spacious rooms, the villa was completely renovated in 2009. Traditional elements made of stone and marble were combined with modern elements, and all installations are new.

A handcrafted iron fence and door intercoms provide additional security. Shops, restaurants, beaches and the old town are 150 m away. There is also a golf course and other sports facilities nearby.
