This property is a historic stone house with sea view in Kastel Stafilic, Split region. Built in the 14th century by a respected noble family, the estate is one of the impressive testimonies of Dalmatian architecture and has preserved its original character to this day. It is only about 15 metres from the water.

At the heart of the estate is a spacious courtyard whose traditional fireplace connects the living area and the garage. An external staircase leads from the courtyard directly into the living rooms, which creates short distances together with plenty of privacy.

The living area of approx. 500 m² is spread over four floors, and the house stands on a south-facing plot of approx. 225 m².
