This property is a villa on the seafront with a saltwater pool on the south side of Korcula Island, Dalmatia.

The villa was built in 2011 and has so far been used exclusively privately. The villa has been continuously maintained and is offered for sale including the high-quality furnishings. In front of the property there is a mooring for one boat (use).
