Hvar is considered one of the most beautiful and glamorous islands in Central Dalmatia. It measures up to 68 x 11 km and has good ferry connections to the mainland (Split, Dubrovnik, Rijeka and Drvenik). The house is located in a small town near Jelsa on the island of Hvar in Croatia and has a plot area of approximately 360 m² and a living space of approximately 180 m². It is traditionally decorated and lies on a slight slope. The property is accessible from two streets, one below the house and one above, ensuring accessibility from both sides. Although the house is in the third row to the sea, it is relatively close.
