The house is in a small village near Jelsa on Hvar Island in Croatia and has a plot area of approx. 360 m² and a living area of approx. 180 m². It is traditional in style and stands on a gentle slope. The plot can be reached from two roads, one below the house and one above, so that access is possible from both sides. Although the house is in the third row to the sea, it is relatively close.

Jelsa is a small town on the north coast of Hvar in Croatia with a rich history and culture. The town has a beautiful old town in Dalmatian style with narrow lanes and buildings. It is surrounded by hills and vineyards and has a marina that is popular with sailors and boaters.
