Hvar is considered one of the most beautiful and glamorous islands in Central Dalmatia. It measures up to 68 x 11 km and has good ferry connections to the mainland (Split, Dubrovnik, Rijeka and Drvenik). The house is located in a small town near Jelsa on the island of Hvar in Croatia and has a plot area of approx. 360 m² and a living area of approx. 180 m². It is traditional in design and is situated on a gentle slope. The property is accessible from two streets, one below the house and one above, so accessibility is guaranteed from both sides. Although the house is on the third row from the sea, it is relatively close.
