Three exclusive villas with a stunning sea view Marina, Trogir region

The plot of approx. 2468 m² carries three upmarket villas with approx. 1150 m² of living space in total. Altogether there are 12 bedrooms, every one with a bathroom of its own. Each villa has an indoor pool and an outdoor pool facing the sea.

Marina is a charming little coastal town in the Dalmatia region of Croatia. Its picturesque yacht harbour and historic buildings are well known, among them the bishop's impressive fortress from the 15th century. Visitors come for the idyllic mood, the crystal-clear water and the closeness of the Kornati and other Dalmatian islands.

Four bedrooms are found in each villa. Modern elegance sets them apart, and the architecture and garden layout were designed with privacy in mind.

Lawns and many kinds of plants, fruit trees included, fill the grounds, which have an automatic irrigation system. Water, energy and climate systems are separate for every villa, so each one is autonomous.

There is also a tavern of 70 m² seating up to 30 people. It has a professional kitchen, underfloor heating and a large fireplace. A further apartment of approx. 35 m² serves as staff accommodation.
