The plot covers 984 m² and sits at the edge of the Icici building zone. The marinas and the sea are roughly 900 to 1000 m away in a straight line. By car the centre is about 3.5 km or 8 minutes away. The plot is on a dead-end side road, measures about 40 m wide by 25 m north to south, and faces south-south-east.

The owner is an existing company (SPV) in the Croatian VAT system. The price of 600,000 therefore covers a company purchase (100%). The permit comes with it, and so does the material for the approved main project. = Option A.

Option B: 400,000 EUR for the purchase of the company (100%) holding the plot only, without the permit and without project documents.

Option C: Alternatively the investor would sell part of the company and carry out the project jointly.
