Exceptional estate on a remote island Dalmatia, Zadar region

An exceptional estate is offered on a remote island in the Zadar region, Dalmatia. It consists of two villas (two semi-detached houses) on a large plot. The island is not inhabited all year round and is accessible only by private transport, which brings a great deal of privacy and a lovely view of the sea and the neighbouring islands. The villas were finished in 2013 and stand on a plot of approx. 47,500 m². Together the buildings have approx. 280 m² of living area.

Further items in the purchase price: an underground water tank of approx. 200,000 litres, a desalination plant that produces approx. 7,000 litres of drinking water per day, two private jetties, a tractor, and the full equipment for olive growing including a modern olive oil press. Electricity comes from solar panels and photovoltaic cells, which charge special batteries. The sale also covers three boats: a Rhea Marine 750, a Ring 21 ft and a Kuster.
