This offer is an exceptional property with two villas (two semi-detached houses) and extensive land on a not entirely inhabited and lonely island in the Zadar region, Dalmatia. The island is accessible only by private transport and offers a high level of privacy as well as beautiful views of the sea and surrounding islands. The two villas were completed in 2013 and are located on a plot of approximately 47,500 m². The total living space of the buildings is approx. 280 m².
The first villa has two bedrooms, a bathroom and an open living area with a kitchen, living room and dining area.
